Vegetables in Cream Sauce

Nomnom! I came upon this recipe looking for dinner ideas in my electric skillet cookbook. I have a bag of frozen veggies, so it worked out. :)
Just poured in the veggies

Vegetables in Cream Sauce
MELT 2 tbsp of butter
STIR in 1/2 tbsp of flour
ADD 1/2 c of milk slowly, stirring constantly
ADD 1/4 package of cold, but mostly thawed frozen vegetables
STIR until done.

I added a pinch of pepper and two pinches of garlic salt. The recipe suggests adding a beat egg white to the sauce as well.

This recipe was fairly fast and tastes pretty good. Thumbs up!
